INCLEMENT WEATHER LOCATION	To Be Announced.
DRESS	Beach Casual - Ideally, women should wear sundresses and sandals. The men should wear khakis or other Dockers-type pants and a nice shirt, including golf shirts and other island dress shirts. Please, no shorts, t-shirts, and tennis shoes during the ceremony.
HOTEL INFO	We have blocked several rooms for the evenings of June 7^th and 8^th, 2002. These rooms are will run $69 per night, excluding local and state taxes. Each party needs to call the hotel to make official reservations. When you call, mention that you are with the Young Wedding Party. Also, please RSVP with Ruth or I afterwards so we can block more rooms if needed.

RECEPTION	A small reception will follow immediately after the ceremony. Please see the reception page regarding the larger reception for all of our friends and family who cannot make the ceremony. This will be held in Oklahoma City on June 29^th, 2002.
GIFTS	Fort Myers Beach is quite a distance for most of our friends and family to travel. This also includes Ruth and I. In an effort to help keep everyone's travels as light as possible, Ruth and I would greatly appreciate you sending the gifts to my parent's address. You can also bring the gift with you when you visit the reception that will be held in Oklahoma City.

THANKS	Ruth's cousin Derrick and his wife Dana are hosting this event. Please be sure to extend your gratitude towards them for providing this evening of fun and celebration.

TRAVEL INFORMATION
AIRTRAVEL	Southwest Florida International Airport is about a fifteen-minute drive from Fort Myers Beach. The airport code is RSW. Round-trip airfare is now quite affordable. Delta currently offers the best deals from both DFW and OKC. However, American has announced that they plan to start non-stop service from DFW to RSW sometime during the winter, 2002. You can check out their websites, and also Orbitz.com.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION	Estero Island has a trolley servicing the entire island regularly. This service costs 25¢ a trip as of Fall, 2001. This is a very good option for travel on the island. We will be able to provide transportation to and from the airport should anyone be interested.
